About the Founder Michel'le Sullivan is the Founder and CEO of Studio E11even Beauty Co., a luxury beauty brand dedicated to enhancing confidence through high-quality esthetic services and personalized client care. Originally established in 2019 as Enhance Yourself Beauty, the company was thoughtfully rebranded in January 2023 to reflect its growth, elevated vision, and commitment to excellence within the beauty industry. With multiple professional certifications and advanced training, Michel'le is proudly 3x certified as an Eyelash Extension Technician and specializes in a variety of beauty enhancement services including Ombré Powder Brows (Ombré Microshading), Lip Fillers, LED Teeth Whitening, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Brow Shaping, and Tinting Services. What began as a passion for lash artistry in 2019 quickly evolved into a thriving beauty career fueled by creativity, precision, and a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations ❌ Studio E11even Beauty Co does not accept appointment cancellations if the client wishes to keep their booking deposit, I strongly encourage you to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment in order to maintain your booking deposit. Booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, including training deposits. If you cancel your appointment/training, you will lose your deposit completely. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS‼️ ❕YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited. Arriving Late ⏲️ A late fee of $10 will be charged if the client is late by 15 minutes. We have a 15min grace period. Should you arrive to your appointment more than 15min late, your appointment will be cancelled, and the booking deposit will be forfeited, with respect for other booked appointments after you. This includes all services! Rescheduling 🗓️ In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled service. The deposit can and will only be transferred ONCE! You will have to rebook with a new deposit if you need to reschedule more than once. Rescheduling must be done at least 48hrs before your appointment in order to reuse that deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! ✨ If you did not pay any deposit and have to reschedule/cancel your appt within 48hrs of your appt time, 30% of the service total will need to be paid before you can book with me again. There are absolutely NO exceptions. By booking with us you agree to all payment policies and terms above. We hope you understand our booking payment policies as it is an inconvenience to me financially and physically.
